If you are not 100% satisfied with our hosting services, we will refund your payment in full within the first 30 days of your purchase. No hidden conditions, no complicated forms.

Policy Details

1. Shared and Reseller Hosting

All our monthly, annual, and multi-year shared and reseller hosting plans are covered by the 30-day guarantee. Refunds requested within this period will be processed back to the original payment method.

  • Applies to all new hosting accounts.
  • Covers base hosting service fees.
  • Excludes professional service fees (e.g. custom coding).

2. Domain Registrations

Due to ICANN regulations and the nature of domain registries, domain name registrations and renewals are **non-refundable** once the domain has been registered.

If your domain came free with a hosting plan, the standard retail value of the domain will be deducted from your hosting refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please open a ticket with our Billing Department through your Customer Dashboard or by emailing billing@reckhoster.com. Include your account ID and the reason for cancellation.
